  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
